These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DataTrip.ai website and services (“Service”). By using our website or any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use DataTrip.ai.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you (the user) and Trawelt Consulting d.o.o. (the operator of DataTrip.ai, referred to as “Company”, “we” or “us”). If you are using DataTrip.ai on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. You agree that you are responsible for anyone who uses the Service under your account or credentials.

This means, for instance, you will not use DataTrip.ai to process any personal data that you do not have the right to process, and you will not use it to send unlawful communications.
- No Abuse or Interference: You agree not to misuse or interfere with the Service. This includes not attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of other users, not probing or testing the vulnerability of our security measures without authorization, and not using any automated systems (like bots or scrapers) to extract data from our site beyond what is allowed. You will not introduce any viruses, malware, or harmful code to the Service. Any attempt to disrupt the Service’s functionality (e.g., via a denial-of-service attack) is strictly prohibited.
- Respect for Others: If our Service includes interactive features (for example, if you can post content or communicate with others), you agree to interact respectfully. Do not upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove or disable content that violates these Terms or any applicable law.
- Compliance with Third-Party Terms: Because DataTrip.ai integrates with Salesforce and potentially other platforms, you agree to abide by the terms of those platforms as well when using our Service. For example, your use of DataTrip.ai within Salesforce must not violate Salesforce’s user agreement or policies. We are not responsible if you use our tool in a way that breaches your agreements with other services.
If you violate these rules or any other provision of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to DataTrip.ai (with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation). We prefer to warn users and resolve issues cooperatively, but we reserve the right to act immediately to protect the Service and other users when necessary.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials on DataTrip.ai, including but not limited to software, text, logos, graphics, images, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Trawelt Consulting d.o.o. (or its partners/suppliers) retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content, features, and functionality.
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service or content on our site, unless we have expressly authorized it in writing.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DataTrip.ai for your internal business purposes or personal use (as applicable), in accordance with these Terms. This license does not give you any ownership of our intellectual property.
- Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements (“DataTrip.ai”, our stylized logos, etc.) are our property and may not be used without our prior written permission. This especially means you cannot use our name or logos in a way that confuses others or implies an endorsement by us without authorization.
- If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Service (“Feedback”), you agree that we may use and implement that Feedback without restriction or obligation to you. (In legal terms: you assign to us all rights in the Feedback, or if assignment is not possible, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and modify the Feedback for any purpose).
Disclaimer of Warranties
DataTrip.ai is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We make no warranty or guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and representations, express or implied, regarding the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- No Implied Warranties: We expressly disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In plain language, we are not promising that the Service will work perfectly for your specific needs, or that it will operate without any bugs or issues.
- No Guarantee of Outcomes: We do not warrant that using DataTrip.ai will definitively improve your data quality or business outcomes (though we certainly hope it does!). The results you obtain depend on many factors, including how you use the Service and the quality of data you input.
- System Compatibility: We do not guarantee that the Service will be compatible with every system, browser, or configuration, or that it will integrate with all third-party software you use (except where we explicitly advertise compatibility).
- Availability and Accuracy: We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that any content (including data enrichment sources or third-party information) accessed via the Service is accurate or up-to-date. While we strive for high uptime and accuracy, downtime and errors can occur.
- Security and Bugs: While we employ advanced security measures, we do not warrant that the Service is completely secure or free of viruses or other harmful components introduced by third parties. You are responsible for using up-to-date antivirus software on your own systems. If you find a bug or security issue, we appreciate you notifying us, but we make no guarantees to fix particular defects within a specific timeframe.
External Services: Any content or services provided by third parties (including Salesforce, or any websites linked from our site) are not covered by our warranties. We have no control over third-party sites and services and thus assume no responsibility for them. If you follow links to other websites or use third-party services in conjunction with DataTrip.ai, you do so at your own risk. We strongly advise you review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites or services you use.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. If such laws apply to you, some of the above disclaimers may not fully apply, and you may have rights in addition to those in these Terms. However, in such cases, our warranty obligations will be limited to the minimum extent required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trawelt Consulting d.o.o. (DataTrip.ai) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. This includes, for example, any loss of profits or revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or damage to goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We are also not responsible for the cost of procuring substitute services or any losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.
In legal terms: Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of the Company under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount you have actually paid us for the Service, or €0 if you haven’t paid anything (for example, if you are using a free trial or free features). In other words, if you have not paid any fees, we have no financial liability to you; if you have paid fees, our liability will not exceed the total fees you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.
This limitation of liability applies to any claim, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort (including negligence) or otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages (for example, in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for death/personal injury caused by our negligence, we would not seek to limit liability for that). Therefore, in certain jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. But we do not seek to exclude liability in scenarios where doing so would violate the law.
To summarize: Use datatrip.ai at your own risk. We are confident in our service, but if something goes wrong, our financial responsibility to you is capped. You assume responsibility for any use of the Service, and you acknowledge that the fees (if any) reflect this risk allocation.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trawelt Consulting d.o.o. (and its officers, directors, employees, and agents) from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, expenses or costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party rights in connection with your use of DataTrip.ai, or (c) any data or content you input or process through our Service (for example, if you upload data that you weren’t authorized to use and a third party brings a claim). We reserve the right to assume the defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in defending such claim.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at our discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may notify registered users via email or through an in-service notification of significant changes. It is important that you review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
By continuing to use DataTrip.ai after a revision takes effect, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service. For any material changes, we will try to give at least 30 days’ advance notice when possible, but this may not always be feasible (for example, if a change is needed to comply with new legal requirements on short notice).
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. However, we operate globally and respect mandatory consumer protection laws: if you are using DataTrip.ai as a consumer in the European Union, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, if those laws provide greater protections than Croatian law.
Any disputes that we cannot resolve informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Croatia, unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction under applicable law.
Before resorting to legal action, we strongly encourage you to contact us to discuss and resolve any issue. We believe most disputes can be resolved through communication. In the event of a dispute, you agree to try in good faith to settle it by contacting us and providing a brief written description of your issue and your contact information, allowing us 30 days to attempt to resolve it informally before initiating any legal proceeding.
Miscellaneous
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements (oral or written) relating to your use of DataTrip.ai.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or acquisition of our company or assets.
- Relationship: Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, or joint venture between you and us. You and we are independent contracting parties.
- Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms do not confer any third-party beneficiary rights. Any agreement between you and Salesforce or other platforms is separate, and those companies are not party to these Terms.
